friendly staff, clean, great location.

I travelled with my son. We had separate rooms next to each other. We do not speak Chinese, so communication was sometimes difficult. One member of staff always had a translator ready to help us. Whenever we had a question about the hotel, the local area, or places to visit, he was always happy to help. We had problems with our phones, and he helped us with phone chargers. The zip on one of our suitcases broke, and he helped us order new suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He always went above and beyond to help us. His customer service was outstanding. 5 start service ! I travelled to many different places in China, and no other hotel matched the level of customer service that he provided. He is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything about this hotel was very good... Breakfast was surprisingly good, mainly Asian food, but good. They did have a continental breakfast available, but during my stay, no one had it. Laundry room was a big plus. Staff were helpful. Location was good for me and close to everything I needed e.g supermarket, bus stops, good local food etc.

− Although not permitted on the premises people clearly smoked. Despite asking for a non smoking room the smell of smoke in the room was very obvious. I would have given this hotel a score of 10 if it was not for the smoke. It was very unpleasant. Alas I am only willing to give a 5. Finally, I hope the hotel doesn't think I'm being spiteful. I only say this in the hope the hotel addresses the smoking issue. If it was not for this of it would have been a good hotel.

Nothing no people no air con no fridge in the room not much guests so no aircon Breakfast the worst ever and seriously a condom machine in the room

Отель не в самом центре Хайкоу, мы использовали для отдыха во время длинной стыковки при перелёте, в номерах курят, соответственно запах, учитывайте при бронировании, завтрак нормальный можно и нудл суп заказать а так мини шведский стол, для коротких остановок рекомендую!

− Дверь душевой туалета (она единая) заедает, девушке открыть-закрыть будет сложно, возможно локальные проблемы конкретного номера

Other than the communication breakdown, it was good staying overall.

− It disappointed me about change of name that I wasn’t informed prior to my arrival. It has caused disruption and being stressful.
