1.0− One of the worst way to book the property I don’t know whether it is on booking.com side or stay vista when I try to book from booking.com it was reserved but when I was about to checkout at the previous hotel just 1 hr before I got a call from the stay vista asking id and linked in seriously LinkedIn for the booking and I got something is fishy there but we still send the ids and its their procedure it seems that they should verify the profiles and after almost 2 hrs when I tried to call them there was no way to connect to stay vista I didn’t get connected to them no reply via WhatsApp after long follow back they said your booking was cancelled. I’m okay if they have done the process at least 6-12 hrs prior it is just 2 hrs before the checkin and the previous hotel I was about to checkout this is shitty experience from stay vista and booking.com After they cancelled our property it was priced 3x per night what we paying for 2 nights
