The property is in the middle of downtown. Supermarket is 5 five minutes away. Guest parking is very helpful. I would always consider this for next trip to Camberley.

− Too much instructions to follow and security deposit may be avoided for repeat guests.

Excellent, it was spacious, modern, heating Excellent, perfect location, beautiful views, great private parking 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Perfect for my son and I.

− Would have been nice to have a nespresso machine.

Couldn’t shower for the whole weekend because of an issue with the water, and company refused to offer a discount!

Great location, lovely decor, really nice layout and well equipped.

− The showers didn’t work! We stayed two nights and weren’t able to shower. The water was burning hot with no way of turning down. Reported to Redwood Stays on the first morning, when we discovered, and they promised to get it ‘fixed’ that afternoon (not helpful as there were 5 of us needing showers for an event that day). We arranged to shower elsewhere. Next morning, the issue was still the same - no one had come to look let alone fix it! Company refused to offer any sort of refund, despite us incurring extra costs and inconvenience showering elsewhere. Additionally the balcony door from the living room didn’t shut, and the footplates under the kitchen units were broken - wouldn’t have even mentioned these though if we hadn’t had the problem with the showers. I don’t think it’s much to expect to be able to actually wash in an apartment you’ve booked to stay in?!
