Huge noice. Worst staff attitude. Can’t fall asleep.

− It is super noisy when the neighbour villa was having a open-air party with loud amplifiers outdoor from 11:40pm to almost 2pm. I asked the hotel staff to stop them and call the police if they refuse to stop, but the hotel staff was super rude and refuse my request saying she wants to maintain good neighbour relationship and it is party island. However, it is illegal after 11pm by local law and really noisy that our family couldn’t sleep at all!(like really really loud!. the hotel staff obviously is prioritising the neighbour’s illegal behavior over us (guests), which is ridiculous as she tried to convince me to accept such noice in midnight when we need to sleep. Very disappointing.

An amazing villa with fantastic outside space in a peaceful location with spectacular views.
10.0Location was very peaceful with beautiful view of sea and over to Kefalonia. Villa was lovely and comfortable with everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery and also kitchen essentials such as oils, vinegar, salt, herbs, teas, sugar, washing up liquid, dish cloth, scourer, paper towel, cling film, foil and fly killer provided (no tea towels though). Also, plenty of bottled water was provided, as well as a bottle of red wine, a bottle of rose and carton of orange and pineapple juice. The outside area was very spacious with a lovely pool and comfortable sun beds. Hosts were welcoming and very accommodating.
− Almost all channels on TV were in Greek or German; there were only two channels in English. This is a bit disappointing if you like to watch TV, which we do late in the evening.
