5.0− II booked and paid online for a non‑refundable reservation, yet upon arrival, the apartment key was not prepared, and the host attempted to cancel the booking, claiming it should have been made 48 hours in advance. This requirement was never mentioned during the booking process. The apartment had a noticeable humidity smell, the beds were basic, and the linen was dirty and of poor quality. Several essential kitchen items were also missing.

9.0Le sejour etait agreable. La .résidence est magnifique et securisee. Les enfants ont adoré la grande piscine. L hote est tres serviable et disponible et a bien voulu arranger nos horaires d arrivee et de depart. L appartement est tres propre et bien équipé et bénéficie d une belle vue sur la piscine. Je conseille vivement.

− Le responsable sécurité qui pense que pour bien faire son travail il doit être désagréable et antipathique nous parlons ici d'une personne sur 50 qui travaille dans la résidence
