Terrible. Uncomfortable. The owner should stay here to make them understand why this property is unsuitable for hire.
1.0Location was the only positive.
− We were informed on the morning of our break that the apartment we had booked was now unavailable, and were given access details to another property around the corner. What we found was a property that was clearly not ready or suitable for hiring. There was no crockery just 4 plastic plates and bowls, perhaps suitable for a picnic. There were 4 tumblers, no wine glasses. Only two coffee mugs, the other two were plastic. The fridge wasn’t switched on. There were no sharp knives. If you wanted to have a meal, there was no dining room table, merely a small island with two oversized stools. One bedroom did not have a window and was completely airless. The wi-fi ant TV did not work, although the wi-fi was fixed a day later.
Not the accommodation we booked but suitable alternative offered.
6.0I have to be honest - problem with double booking that we were unaware of until the day even though I had asked for confirmation twice prior. Host did sort us suitable alternative accomodation. However, I was nervous as last minute and we were already on route before details given. Also no key left on arrival but again host and staff were contactable and did help us get inside. Replacement accommodation was smart, clean and good location. A few nice touches like the games table and air cooling fans were appreciated.
− WiFi - the WiFi in the apartment connects but does not allow internet access so was of no use. Accomodation really needs to provide proper WiFi. Similarly the TV had no channels available.

10.0Great location, right in the centre. There was a problem with the downstairs flat's alarm, but it was resolved really quickly with the owner's help.
