Flat has rips in wallpaper, not v clean and heaters do not work

The place was close to station, and instructions clear

− When I fist checked in I dropped my bags and went to a meeting, upon return.. I noticed the bathroom had hair in it. I went to bed at approximately 11 pm and noticed the flat was cold. I turned on the radiator in the bedroom and got into Bed I woke up during the night freezing cold I could see my breath I got up to touch the heater it had not turned on.

Dreadful no sleep could not use bathroom so dirty mold in kitchen carpet was dirty and stained the noise from trains

− message ---------- I am not satisfied with your response Firstly if you look at the time on the pictures and videos you will see it was the evening It took time to get into the building as my son is disabled We put are bags in and went to have food at this point had not seen the upstairs. when we got back I became aware of the terrible state of the property I was so shocked and tired at this point I tried the WiFi was down so I then noticed the underground train which shook the building every twenty minutes by this time I was exhausted, There was nothing I or your team could have done to help at that time . I had 3 hospital appointments the next day , when you reviewed the video tell me how your team would have got rid of the black mold in the kitchen/ living room not to mention the build up of scum on the taps draining board and shower . The door to bathroom you had to lift it to close, it had no lock . The door at the top of stairs also didn’t close and is not a fire door, is that legal ?! not only did it take time to take the pictures we didn’t get to the property till late in afternoon I believe you have totally misrepresented this property regarding the description. It also represents a health hazard with black mould in the kitchen. Deluxe apartment suggests one level as do the pictures, Deluxe is a standard above average. You don’t mention stairs or trains in your advertisement. the fact of not contacting you straight away is irrelevant. I was staying one night the extent of the problems were so numerous this took time to gather. I reported and provided evidence of the problems if you don’t reconsider your statement I will contact trading standards I am concerned about fire safety and I will ask the regulator to check the fire safety of the property is also questionable Regards

A localização era muito conveniente, pois apenas a 10 minutos da estação Kings Cross. Supermercados e restaurantes nos arredores. Um pouco de barulho das pessoas passando pela rua, mas nada que nos impediu de descansar. O apartamento tinha tudo que precisavamos para uma familia de um casal e 2 adolescentes.

− O colchão da cama de casal era desconfortável, talvez precise ser trocado. Os travesseiros eram altos demais, mas adaptamos usando as almofadas. Faltou roupa de cama para forrar o sofá onde nosso filho dormiu, visto que eram dois quartos com cama de casal e os nossos filhos não dormem na mesma cama.

− L’insalubrité , douche oxydée avec calcaire moisissures partout dans la salle de bain et autour des fenêtres , robinetterie en très mauvais état et cassée dans la cuisine, cafetière qui fuit, vitres très sales mal isolées , moquette très très sale, ET SURTOUT PAS BIEN PRECISÉ MAIS APPARTEMENT AVEC FENÊTRE DONNANT SUR LA VOIE DE CHEMIN DE FER DONC TRÈS TRÈS BRUYANT.

− We arrived at the property and the first impression from outside was dirty. When we got into the property the door lock was broken from the inside. The bathroom had black mould spores all over it and also on the kitchen ceiling. It was so bad that me and my son left immediately. We didn’t even unpack. We had traveled a long way for a theatre trip and ended up having to spend more money getting the late train home. It was a disaster and very upsetting.
