It is a great house located very close to the private beach, which is nice and clean. In the house you can find everything you need for your stay and even much more than that. Viktor is a fantastic host, very helpful with some organization matters and willing to help out with some tips regarding some good spots around. There are few restaurants and bars with a walking distance. Can highly recommend that place!

A very pleasant place for a small company or family

The house is super spacious and bright. We came with a small dog (a teenage border collie), and the owner didn't charge us extra for it, which was awesome. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all the gear you need, including a microwave and dishwasher, plus spices and oils for cooking in the pantry. You'll also find everything you need for grilling outside. The 1st bathroom has a big bathtub and 2nd bathroom has shower. They even had firewood ready for the fireplace, but you'll need to bring charcoal for the grill. There's AC for heating or cooling, and fans in the living rooms. They've got a ping pong table and board games in the house. There's loads of space to park on the property - I suppose it is possible to fit 4-5 cars if you're traveling with several friends. Outside, there is a large terrace and plenty of furniture for relaxation, like loungers and a big table with chairs. If you need to stock up on supplies, the neighboring town's just a 20-minute drive away, and there's a bunch of big stores there like Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Interspar, and even OBI. The house is quiet, even despite the cheerful neighbors on the neighboring plot, no noise can be heard. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

− We visited in the spring when it was only 6 degrees Celsius outside. Although the house has heating radiators, an air conditioner that heats the air, and a fireplace, it was a bit chilly on the first day and needed to bundle up. Definitely bring some slippers if you're coming in the cold season, because the floor's cool. We didn't get a chance to try out the heated pool, but that was just because of the weather. There's no fence between the property and the neighbors', so if you've got a DOG that may run away, make sure to bring a long leash so it don't run onto other people' yards.
