− The studio looks good on pictures but in real, it s not so good. It was not well maintained, the cooking hood didint work, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, jacquizzi seemed not to be used, we booked it hoping to relax there, but not sure if it was clean. A window blinds above jacquizzi was covered with a towel, there was a broken part, they did not fix it, as they dont care, the owner texted me he has 20 more apartments so he doesnt care what i think amd he will report me. To enter the studio, you were supposed to enter a code, he shared a wrong code and only later, the correct one. The host was rude, he tried to accuse me of breaking the cooking hood, in the studio description he didnt add tourist tax details. For the check out, i asked if there is something to do, only then he said there is a tourist tax. If i wouldnt ask, there would be no info. So we were surprised he asked for extra money at night a few hours before we left (the other hosts added a comment tourist tax included or to be charged extra, on site so we had cash with us), he called me lier, he reported me to booking, he said he will use my id for ... ? He shared a doc in italian containing all the details. We dont speak italian, so i asked for the doc in english, he did not provide one. Rude men, shouldnt work with people or limit his guests to speaking italian only.
