Ideal location and comfortable overall but poor customer support
6.0The apartment was comfortable overall, great location. Nice view from the balcony.
− The bathroom toilet could have been cleaner. Tricky to find parking. There was also no wifi and this was not rectified during my stay even after reporting it. I still haven’t received my £300 security deposit after 4 weeks despite numerous calls and messages and there being no damage to the property. Customer service has been poor in dealing with this.
