− Wifi No cafetière Site bar and restaurant It should have been made clear that access to the main site facilities, even the bar and restaurant, required us to purchase passes. £74 for 4 of us. We were woken at sunrise everyday by animals, birds and a squirrel, scampering about on the caravan roof.

I am not someone that normally writes reviews but I the only thing I can say is the location

− AVOID! This place needs a deep clean! Here’s is a list of a few things: - Rubbish bin not emptied on arrival even rubbish on floor and behind sofa. - Dirt all over the fridge and fireplace. - Nail sticking up on the floor going into the kids bedroom. - Decking had sick and bird poo all over its table looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. - Toilet just had bleach in it defiantly was not cleaned before we arrived. - Only thing left was coffee sachet that expired 11/12/2025 - Crumbs still over side we couldn’t even use the kitchen as it felt dirty. - Shower we didn’t want to use due to cleanliness and no toiletries left as advertised. - Mirrors and tables not cleaned. - No controller left in kids room. - water bottles left all over the grass not even chairs tucked in on arrival - Beds very uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the sofa!! Apart from beds made and a throw folded on the sofa this place was not clean or safe. I even told the owner it was our wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been any more disappointed. Trying to contact the property since Sunday and they are ignoring myself and booking.com regarding my refund! Couldn’t believe what we experienced when they had such good reviews! Honestly avoid at all costs unless you don’t mind it being dirty.

Good value. Convenient location. Well provided for

− The second bedroom is exceptionally small with 2 v narrow single beds and no room between them or around them. V very cramped and a bit too ‘personal for 2 adults.

I would not go again was very disappointed as cost alot of money

− Bedding had dog hairs on it Dog hairs and good on sofa Decking had not been cleaned bird poo in places

The caravan was really clean and was equipped with everything we needed for 1 night. Great location on the site

− That we had to pay £11 each to eat in the clubhouse. I don't believe this was explained in any messages etc And I still don't understand why as there was no entertainment for the 1 hour we sat there for dinner. And we waited 1 hour for 2 salads. I also didn't like receiving messages asking me to vacate the caravan when I had left 1 hour before I was expected too and I had followed all the instructions about leaving the key etc. I also don't like the fact that since receiving the message to leave (when I was already on my way home) Paula has not had the courtesy to apologise or acknowledge my messages. I feel this has left a tainted stain on what was a lovely stay. I am still waiting for a response........
