1.0− 找停车位开不到tower F的门，上到去房间房卡开不到门，负责人给的密码也进不去，完全联系不上负责任人。没有入住到退回卡回信箱，拍照录影给负责任人，负责人既然问我为什么没有退回房卡😓，简直无言。非常生气😡不满意。
