− Smelt like an ex smokers flat, needed an airing. Wasn't the same as advertised, different flat, not the same as the pictures up

Location, large comfortable rooms, great facilities. Great customer service.

− Wi-Fi not working that well. More accurate directions to the vehicle entrance would have been helpful. May have been nice to have some games and books.
