9.0El personal fue sumamente amable con nosotros, sin duda uno de los mejores tratos que jamás he recibido en hotelería. Nos recomendaron muchos lugares para visitar, nos ayudaron a resguardar nuestro equipaje muchas horas extra, nos orientaron bastante bien lo cual nos dio mucha tranquilidad en nuestra primera visita a India y sin duda sentimos bastante tranquilidad con ellos. Un lugar muy recomendable si quieres una estadía cerca de Connaught Place, lo cual recomendaría bastante por sus restaurantes, tiendas y proximidad a lugares turísticos.
− Se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza de ropa de cama, ya que encontré una almohada con una pequeña mancha, lo cual no fue un gran problema; fuera de este punto la estadía fue excelente.
