Perfect quiet and private cottage, close to downtown Chatham and beaches.
10.0This cottage was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious, comfortable, clean and updated - all the way down to the dishes/cutlery. Beds and bathrooms were great too - and nice washer dryer in the basement. It's close enough to downtown or the beach to bike - and everything in Chatham that you would want to get to is only about a 3-4 minute drive. The property is private / fenced in and spacious with ample parking. If we go back we'll certainly stay here again. It has a nice closet of beach accessories that we didn't need but very considerate of the hosts to have that gear available. If you're looking to be right in the heart of downtown or have an ocean view, this isn't for you - but I prefer to have the quiet retreat with more space and amenities and still have very easy access to any place you'd want to go out to eat/beach etc.
