Orewa is a lovely town with a beautiful waterfront. we just happened to choose poor accomodation
3.0location is good. close proximity to all amenities
− bathroom sink woefully to small. bedroom very small. the bed blocks access to the closet. security alarm kept beeping, there were no instructions how to stop it. small sitting area outside but only one chair provided and grass not mowed and garden unkept. parking was insufficient. not a good choice for multiple night accomodation
Very over priced, for a Kmart staged cupboard
3.0Location suited what I rented it for
− The property was way over commercialised It is just like a very long cupboard. 2/3 wide. It had no fridge, no toilet paper, and 1 tea bag. accompanied with a lot of instructions if not complied with resulting in financial penalties. 2 people would physically struggle to have a comefortable stay here.

Perfect little place if you are not planning on sowing a too much time in. Would absolutely book again

− if they could have left 1 spare toilet paper because by next morning we had no toilet paper 1 roll was not enough usually every where we go they leave at least 1 spare roll
