Exceptional property, in an exceptional location, with two exceptional hosts

The property was exceptional - it didn't feel like we were staying in a rented villa, it felt like we were staying in an immaculate home, that had been well cared for and loved. The views were incredible, and the garden area beautiful. Unusually, one of the best parts of villa favola wasn't even the villa itself - it was the hosts. Tomo and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived, treating us like family rather than guests, which is extremely rare to find. They gave us tonnes of info on the local area, walked us around the property to show us every tiny detail, and even offered to go shopping for us because we were staying at the property with a newborn baby - which they even provided a crib for. This is one of the few places we've been that has zero negatives, and I would reccomend a stay here to anyone that will listen. Thank you both!

Wow wow wow, this has to be the best Villa we have ever stayed at, and we’ve been to a few. The location and view is out of this world, outside kitchen and barbecue along with the pool is just fantastic, the villa is very well equipped, you have everything you need plus more. The hosts are just so helpful, they made our stay so relaxing, we had a bottle of wine and a selection of meats and cheeses waiting for us on arrival which was just delicious, they provided great recommendations of local restaurants and attractions in the area and were always very responsive if you needed anything, they were the best hosts, thankyou both 🥰. The villa is set high up but not remote which is nice, and very private, the route up to the villa is very safe and wide, it’s an easy walk to town down hill (around 20 minutes), up hill we used the local mini bus (around 2 euro per person) which goes past the villa around 10 times a day each way which was so useful and easy, there are also Taxi’s available in the area, but walking is also possible, we were just lazy 😅. Omis and the surrounding area is now my favourite place in Croatia, the old town is beautiful, kayaking through the Canyon was breathtaking, and visiting the local islands was a great experience. You will not find a better villa than this in Omis. We will be back for sure 😊

Hallo Tomo, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Durch den herzlichen Empfang und die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Danke nochmals für die guten Ratschläge bezüglich der Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben in der Villa nichts vermisst und haben den Pool und die Aussicht sehr genossen. Auch die Schlüsselrückgabe war Problemlos, danke nochmals hierfür 😉. Liebe Grüße Bettina u d Gerald mit Kinder Die Villa ist für alle geeignet die Ruhe suchen und nicht mitten im Trubel sein möchten. Man kann aber in 25 min zu Fuß im Ort sein ( bergab wohlgemerkt😉, bergauf sind wir nicht gegangen) Dafür geht man auf die Burg nicht so lange da man den halben Weg schon hinter sich hat 😊. Können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen. Klima, hat super funktioniert. Parkplatz ist groß genug. Sauna einfach zu bedienen. Küche super ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wäscheständer usw. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht.

We had a great time staying here. Our host was super friendly—greeted us with a warm welcome, shared some helpful tips, and even surprised us with tasty food when we arrived. The house is new, stylish, and has everything you need to cook for yourself. It was comfy and had plenty of space for our family of four. Getting to the city was easy—just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. The area is peaceful, with an amazing view, a gorgeous infinity pool, and a big terrace with a great barbecue setup. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!

Pogled iz Vile je nevjerojatan. Ako uzmem u obzir da smo rezervirali smještaj u udarnom terminu zaista je mirno i tiho.Sve je funkcionalno i sve je pri ruci.Okruzenje i priroda su prekrasni,susjedi su bili neprimjetni i prijateljski raspoloženi. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i profesionalni.U smještaju nas je dočekalo već sve potrebno tako da nismo imali potrebu trčati odmah u trgovinu. Sve u svemu jedno lijepo iskustvo i smještaj koji bi svakako preporučio svakome.

− Prometni kaos u gradu , u određenim trenutcima sam pomislio da nismo negdje u Hrvatskoj to jest da nismo uopće u Europi.Manjak većih trgovačkih centara. Pojedinci plaže tretiraju kao privatno vlasništvo.

Amazing place! Stunning views of the sea and mountains, and in the evenings, instead of watching a movie, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very nice and responsive people who have thought of every detail for their guests. This was the best place we have ever stayed, and we will definitely return there again.
