10.0Location, close to a fantastic park, various restuarants, shops and motor way quick access everywhere. Owner was very understanding when we had a couple of hiccups. Love this place, our family will definetly stay here for future Sydney holidays.

5.0The number of rooms and beds suited our stay, as we had a family event nearby.
− This was NOT the house we originally booked and paid for (at short notice because another booking had fallen through), and this booking was "declined" but no reason given. We were then told the original house had flood damage. It should not have still been on the website as available. The house we stayed in was the alternative, offered as more luxurious, but it definitely wasn't. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the towels were almost threadbare, the couches in the living room near the kitchen were grubby. Some of the fittings need to be fixed- the toilets moved when you sat on them and made a loud noise (especially in the night). The downstairs bathroom had a nasty odour, possibly from long expired "air-freshener". There was a mouldy mug in the dishwasher when we arrived. There wasn't even salt and pepper in the pantry- absolutely empty!
