10.0Clean, fully equipped flat with three beds, two sofas, spacious living room with a smart TV, and all necessary kitchen stuff. The heating worked. Warm water worked. Bathroom tidy, white towels provided. The location is perfect in the luxurious St Johns Wood

− Bedside lamps did not work not essential but would have been ideal Add a wall bar handle in shower Key safe easier to access , low in the dark and difficult when wet Front door key had to be manipulated carefully. Building noise from flat above occasionally very loud
