6.0Alle Wichtigen elektronischen Geräte (Waschmaschine, Spüler, Ofen, etc.) Moderne Einrichtung (Alles Ikea) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in weniger als 100 Meter
− Leider etwas dreckig. Hausflur sehr runtergekommen und stinkt nach Qualm. Wohnung roch beim ersten betreten auch nach kalten Rauch. Toilette durch Wasserboiler heiß wie eine Sauna. Direkt an der Hauptstraße daher sehr laut. Abflüsse alle leicht verstopft daher etwas modriger Geruch. Schimmel im Bad Geschirr sehr spärlich (von Vorgängern entweder zerbrochen oder geklaut, hat gerade so für 3 Personen gereicht)
