Amazing experience and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and helpful, every slight matter that came up (e.g. borrowing a sunshade or an iron) was resolved immediately and without any hassle. The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant, and the ambiance was wonderful. The breakfast was very tasty. The buffet isn't as varied or elaborate as you might know from other hotels, but thanks to the à-la-carte option it's more than enough and very good. The location is great, quietly situated by the sea with direct water access (no sandy beach). Although there are many other hotels located in this area, you don't get the touristic vibe as one might expect. The sunbeds provided are of course free of charge and very comfortable; you can easily spend the entire day there, alternating between the sea and the pool. The nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and with a car (a rental is definitely recommended) you can reach some of Mallorca's most beautiful Calas and Playas in under 30 minutes. The pool is fairly small, but more than sufficient for cooling off. The hotel isn't overcrowded, so the pool rarely gets busy (most of the time you'll have it to yourself). The standard double rooms are on the smaller side, but they come with a balcony and sea view, which makes for a truly lovely way to wake up. In the evenings, you can relax on the comfortable loungers and watch the sunset. There is a daily changing dinner menu with a starter and main course, as well as a salad and dessert buffet. We didn't try it ourselves, but the dishes looked delicious. We'll definitely be back, thank you so much!

− Nothing to complain about. The only thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging, as the area gets very crowded due to the nearby beaches and hotels, so one must walk a few minutes after parking the rental/car.

Cockroaches in our room both nights we stayed. Lovely staff though

Great friendly staff, especially the bartender with braces he was so lovely and helpful. Good view out to the sea from the pool

− Cockroaches in our room for both nights we stayed were so disgusting (multiple cockroaches as the first one was disposed of). When we emailed the manager their multiple responses didn’t mention any action to be taken to investigate or stop more coming in. Also no parking was annoying.

Ich mag die Lage und die (kleine) Größe dieses Hotels. Es geht sehr persönlich/freundlich/familiär zu. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt - sofern möglich. Am allermeisten schätze ich, dass es gelungen ist, die besondere Ruhe dieses Ortes zu erhalten. Der Hauptgrund, warum ich immer gerne wiederkomme.
