8.0Great location and very well appointed. It was comfortable. All amenities that would be expected. Great to have TV’s in all rooms Cream tea on arrival was a nice touch!
− Access in the back garden was questionable. Very steep steps with only one railing which was loose and very unstable. Garden furniture was dirty as cushions had been left out so were damp and had lots of bird droppings on

9.0This is a great little house right just shy of being in the centre of Braunton. We loved it here and wished we’d booked it for longer.

10.0Beautiful home , we had the best day time and our dogs loved it. We will definitely come back and use this property again. The location is fabulous.
Exceptional
10.0Lovely, comfortable cottage, beds were super-comfy. Clean, very nicely decorated. Close to centre of Braunton, perfect for hopping in the car abs driving down to Saunton Beach (15mins), Croyde and Woolacombe (20 mins). Highly recommend.
