The neighborhood was nice and the home was well stocked and clean. They have fans in all the rooms which was nice. Great parking situation.

The back patio was completely infested by mud daubers. It seems like it was an issue for everyone in that area of the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The managers of the property were the best we’ve ever worked with.

The location was perfect. Close to BYU where our daughter is a freshman. The neighbors are fantastic! Grass for the dogs. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of room. Well stocked. Fabulous management company.

Nothing. It was great.

Comfortable but impractical.

6.0

The beds were amazingly comfortable. House was roomy and relatively new. Plenty of linens.

The stove was not working for the entirety of our stay, and despite multiple requests and back and forth messages with the management, we received only lip service. We weren’t able to cook any food for the entire stay and had to eat out. We might as well have stayed at a hotel. The patio was covered every square inch with bird droppings - which means that no attempt had been made to clean it for some time. The numbers for the unit are over the garage, not over the doors. You have to stand across the street and count the doors to make sure you are not accidentally entering someone else’s house, because people don’t lock their doors. You will receive a notice that you must agree to house rules before you are given the code to the box. No copy of the rules will be furnished, you just have to agree. When you arrive, there are framed rules all over the house, multiple rules everywhere. I don’t have a problem with the rules, but you should let people know what they are agreeing to in advance. One rule is silly: pets are allowed, but don’t let them put their paws on the furniture. Haha, right. That’s totally going to happen. Just don’t allow pets if that’s what you want. There are no dressers or anywhere to set your suitcase in any of the rooms. Your suitcase will be on the floor and you will squat down constantly to pull things out of it. There are hangars in the closet, but I’m not hanging up underwear and socks. It’s not well thought out. And it’s a nice house! They put way more thought into what font and frame to use for each of the posted rules than they put into making the place usable. The cupboards have labels everywhere indicating where every dish should go, and how many should be there. Except multiple items were missing when we arrived (we counted them) and we were concerned we might be blamed for missing glassware. There were no kitchen towels or hot pads. We had to use bathroom rags in the kitchen.

You can hear everything upstairs. The downstairs is colder than upstairs. Only 1 towel in the bathroom to share. No coffee.
