Good value for my money for a short stay but...

Location : Everything was around 20 min - walking distance or public transport : St Pancras Intl, Piccadilly, Lyceum. The size of the flat : Really good, more so for a London flat(bedroom and bathroom included), more so for that price. Communication with the host : I got every information I needed in advance. answers were quick. I didn't realised, until the day before my arrival that you have to ask for the second bed to be made, but they managed to do it.

− Beware of the stairs : With a bag pack it's ok; with a carry on it's manageable; with a suitcase it...will be an adventure. A lot a little thing were "almost", "nearly" but not quite : The fridge didn't close properly, the tap in the bathroom had to be open just one way, everything was clean but the dirt behind the door in the closet. Not big enough to ruin a 4 nights stay but adding up, enough to annoy. Very very very noisy : If you are not okay with the city life noises that come with the location at night (restaurant, sirens, honking cars...), or to sleep with earplugs - this is not for you

Very happy with this booking. Central location close to Covent Garden, British Museum, Tottenham Court Road - plenty of public transportation close by. Clean and tidy. Bedroom has plenly of storeage space. There was even an A/C Unit which was an added bonus. Lots of bars, restaurants and grocery stores in short walking distance, there is even a small cafe that serves Full English Breakfast 2 doors down the street. Kitchen was well equipped with everything one needs. Although the house has CCTV Security monitoring 24/7 I the only thing I missed was a safe. Added bonus: There is a Washer / Dryer and a Freezer in a extra utility room on the stairway which was great. I would definately come back, the apartment was perfect and communication with the owner was fast and easy.

− There was nothing negative to report, everything met my expectations and was what I expected. Keep up the good work.
