A great flat with potential but lack of care and service. No wifi.

Great flat, well furnished and clean. Nice and warm once the heating was on. Lovely decor, great kitchen.

− We had no wifi or TV for the entire stay due to a technical fault. Had a big impact for us. Apart from a few messages staff didn’t really do anything to help. Outside entrance to flat definitely needs work as it is messy and doorway isn’t very secure. The panel on the side of the bath kept falling off.

The Apartment was clean and attractive and although the heating wasn't on, it was warm. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.

− Couldn't switch on kitchen light.

We were not happy and stayed somewhere else.

− On arrival I was so unhappy with the security and cleanliness of the entrance and communal areas that I didn’t feel safe staying with my children. The door was left wide open by the neighbours and the communal entrance was filthy. Although the sleeping quarters were as pictured, the area, the communal entrance and the security were unsatisfactory. We stayed somewhere else and the owner refused to address the issues raised or provide any refund, they said that they ‘are not responsible for the entrance’. The price the owners are charging are far too high considering the area and the overall condition of the property.

OK apartment but wouldn't use again unfortunately.

Location was good. Main beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils you'd need. Instructions to access the apartment were clear. Appreciate the sofa bed being made for our arrival. Hairdryer provided.

− The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable and not possibly to get a good night sleep on. The TV remote rarely worked and when it did the TV wasn't connected to an aerial so you couldn't watch anything! Was pointless having one! Kettle has never been descaled and bathroom could have done with a sweep. Also took well over 48 hours to get deposit back and was only refunded after having to remind them it had been 72 hours. The main entrance and hallway to the apartment was quite disgusting and well in need of some tidying up. The door handle to the apartment fell off making it difficult to lock and open the door.

- Great location - Very quiet and private - Modern decor and spacious apartment - Despite the place feeling quite tired, it was very clean. - Easy to access - Well equipped kitchen - Fast response from hosts when needed

− - Damp stains on the bathroom ceiling - Pillows were uncomfortable and old, not all had pillow protectors - Sofa in living room was stained - Towels were clean, but had a lot of bleach staining - Dead plant in living room (I can see this was mentioned on a review in December last year and it's still there!) - A full length mirror would be a nice addition - No aerial for TV, so make sure to use the apps available A little bit of love, replacing towels and pillows would go a long way in making this stay more comfortable. Note - the neighbour's cat likes to hang out in the stairs, very friendly, but be wary if you don't like cats!
