6.0Inside was clean, though a bit basic, door mats are needed to keep the floor clean.
− Outdoors was disappointing, we specifically needed a garden for our dog, but this was very unkempt. The grass needed cutting and the shrubs etc were very overgrown. We found dog poo on the grass ( you couldn't call it a lawn ) when we arrived !! Outside meeds a lot of maintenance, windows and door frames are very shabby. They need a good clean and paint. The property was not worth the price we paid !!
