8.0The room was clean organized. Comfy bed🥰 easy transaction / communication.
− 1. No extra trash bags 2. Unfortunately the room does not have black out curtains. (With the floor number & position of the condo- recommend the owner to change the curtains to black out ones) 3. If you can provide an induction / electric stove to prepare food especially on long stays. 4. The facility of Avida itself especially on the gym side, threadmill was non functional, elliptical was loud / noisy while in use and both stationary bike waa also non functional (seat was broke) and the gym fee is at PHP 200.00 (hoping the owner can raise this at avida management to atleast improve their facility)

Such a cozy and well-furnished space in a safe and central area in CDO! Highly recommended!
10.0The property is very well furnished with good quality furnitures and a very comfortable bed which is rare for airbnbs in the same building/area.
− It can get a little noisy at night due to the proximity to the bars in Corrales Ave. and the building not being soundproof.
Worth every penny.
