− Unit seemed to be used as a supplies stockroom for other units. All kitchen cabinets were stuffed inside, above and below with cleaning supplies. Hardly room for my box of cornflakes. No ocean view but view of failed near ghost subdivision 9 floors below. Narrow unsafe 1 lane 1 km. access roadby likely by developer on a budget.

Disappointing I’d say about 95 per cent of the 3 towers and surrounding bungalows were empty DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
5.0Property was clean but the wrong Wi-Fi address was given
− It’s situated in the middle of nowhere it says it’s 450m from the beach there is no beach it’s just rocks and they wanted 30 pesos for environmental protection the place was a shithole

8.0The host was very amenable. All the staff in the complex are very friendly. The complex feels secure. The unit has toaster, coffee makers, kettle, rice cooker and single hob. Toiletries present also. Feels very homely everything is there (apart from a can opener)
− Expect to feel as if you're house sitting for someone rather than being in a hotel room. You can hear the sound of the lift 24/7
For the money, I would stay there again. It was good as it was supposed to be for a new facility. Owner said they were
