− Charging the full room rent is unreasonable. Since I vacated the room a day earlier, I should not be charged for the day I did not stay.

− I ended up staying in a different house owned by the same people, as the one I booked was full. It was okay and relatively clean, but there were no dishes, and the area was a little rough. Overall not too bad, it was just not great.
Overall the worst experience of booking a house or motel for reservations.

− The property I stayed wasn’t the property advertised on the website,Electrical Malfunctions ,NO HEAT because the host didn’t expected it to be this cold in May, Obvious smell of MOLD emitting from walls and every corner of the house,Noisy maintenance man cutting metal in the backyard while I nap from 5 hours of commute from Toronto to Ottawa. Thank You
