10.0Located very close to Colosseo and most historic sights. Small but has everything you would need for a short stay. Has a great place to eat on the corner of the building. Safe entry.
− There was quite a lot of black mold in bathroom, you can see and smell it for sure. Stairs are steep, so probably would not fit everyone’s needs but was not a problem for us.
Cousy apartment on great location as a cherry on top of a beautiful Rome experience.
9.0Location is great, appartment is well equiped. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The apartment is smaller than expected, but it didn't bother us.

9.0L’emplacement est exceptionnel. Logement est fonctionnel et très propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et repasser. On avait même des petites attentions comme de l’eau fraîche au frigo. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathique. Je recommande vivement.
− Les escaliers sont raides. À notre arrivée il n’y avait pas le savon pour les mains dans le distributeur et machine à café nécessite un bon détartrage. La première nuit était très très bruyante (qn a hurlé dehors jusqu’à 3h).
