La résidence sécurisée est agréable. Piscine de grande taille pour accueillir tous les résidents. La proximité du supermarché. La taille de l'appartement. La réactivité de l'hôte.
− Les travaux commencent très tôt en face de l'appartement. Les lits sont très durs. Il faut une voiture pour aller à la plage ou alors prendre le bus.
