8.0This property was the perfect location for our stay for a family wedding. The property was easy to access and being hill side, ocean facing the views were fabulous. Being a regular visitor to Guilderton, this is one of the best properties I have stayed in. The place was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for us to relax. The kitchen facilities were great with a new full sized fridge and new oven.
− The taps in both bathrooms were leaking and the upstairs toilet was constantly dripping. We advised the property management team know the day we arrived so hopefully that will have been sorted asap. The shower heads either need to be de-scaled or just replaced. The stream was coming out in all directions and the lack of water pressure made showing a challenge.

− The fridge wasn't on and warm so couldn't be used. The electricity in one bedroom was off. The shower was cold. They sent the wrong code to get in. Just basic stuff that a cleaner and management company needs to be on top of. Easy to get an 8/10 just by doing the above
