− The place is shut for not being up to fire regulations. even after receiving confirmation in the morning and travelling 6 hours only to be told that it isn't operating and hasn't been for months

− We couldn’t get the WiFi to work at all. There had been a power outage just before we got there and all of the lights and everything were out, but that couldn’t be helped by anyone. The only issue was that the WiFi box wouldn’t connect, but that was likely related to the powercut.
