10.0Geräumig; schön eingerichtet; gut zugänglich (Tür geht mit Code auf); hatte alles was ich brauchte.
− Es liegt neben dem Haus ein Bahngleis und das Fenster von einem der Zimmer kann man nicht bis zum Anschlag verriegeln (defekt), sodass die optimale akustische Isolierung für das Fenster nicht erreicht wird. Zum Glück musste ich in dem Raum nicht schlafen.

5.0Pralka i suszarka na wyposażeniu
− Brak windy a do mieszkania prowadzą dlugie i waskie schody. Mieszkanie zaraz przy torach kolejowych więc jest głośno szczególnie w nocy. Właściciel chciał zakwaterować 2 mezczyzn w małżeńskim łóżku dopiero po interwencji otworzył dodatkowy pokój który był od początku w ofercie najmu. Po przyjeździe nie podał kodu do pokoi więc czekaliśmy godzinę aż odpisze. Kuchnia nie jest w pełni wyposażona. Parking bezpłatny jest ale daleko. Na koniec Po tygodniu stwierdził że są jakieś zniszczenia i chciał wyłudzić dodatkowe pieniądze.
