Modern Apt Cardiff City Centre - Prime Location

The apartment was absolutely excellent in every level - very spacious, comfortable and classy, and right in the middle of the city centre - such a short distance to the stadium, which just added the extra bonus coming back from seeing Metallica 😃 Paul was an incredible host, the warm welcoming and the introduction/instructions being shown around the apartment were the most comprehensive we've ever experienced anywhere ever! Very easy access, very nice seating area outside (we were going through a heat wave and it was very nice sitting outside sipping cocktails 😋), very comfortable bed and the kitchen was very well equipped; the living room was likewise incredibly comfortable with a massive screen TV. Thanks ever so much for everything! 😃

− Just one very minor thing that would have been useful would have been an oven glove to handle our pizzas. The freezer also may need looking at, but we've let Paul know. None of these detracted in any way from our very enjoyable stay! Thanks again! 😃

Excellent property and location

Outstanding location - right in the city centre and near the sights, bay, arena and stadium, but also lovely and tranquil, away from the crowd. Great facilities and a very helpful team. Guaranteed secure parking is a big bonus.

Spotlessly clean, central to city centre and close to everything needed. Refreshments such as fresh milk, tea coffee and even welshcakes.

Excellent location, very fast WiFi, but unfortunately let down by the shower

- The location was amazing, in the middle of the shopping area & 7 min walk to the train station. Despite the central location, it was incredibly quiet - Excellent communication from the host, Paul, and his colleague, Danielle - Paul was kind enough to agree to a late checkout - WiFi was very fast with a large flatscreen SMART TV allowing access to Netflix, Amazon Prime & terrestrial streaming services (but not Paramount Plus or Disney) - Large, soft towels - Good wardrobe space & lots of hangers (but no drawers) - Supplied with a good amount of tea (even better - Yorkshire Tea), coffee, toilet roll & dishwasher tablets - Sufficient crockery, glasses and cutlery - Outdoor seating area (not used in November!)

− Unfortunately, the main negatives were in the bathroom - no toilet roll holder (the toiler rolls were on a shelf behind the toilet), some enamel had scraped off the bath tub (around the plug hole) and the shower took several minutes to warm up and, even then, was not particularly hot or powerful. Could also have done with a corkscrew, oven gloves and bread knife in the kitchen. Blinds in the bedroom were not blackout, which was fine in November, but might be a problem in the summer.

It was a peaceful, comfortable, and exceptionally well-hosted stay in a fabulous location ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Despite being right in the heart of the city centre, it was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and felt incredibly cosy. Paul was an exceptional host. He met us at the nearby secure car park even though we arrived very late, and took the time to show us around the apartment. Was a lovely surprise to find some Welsh cakes and milk provided. He also gave us plenty of helpful information and was attentive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

An oasis in the middle of the city

Excellent location right in the heart of the city and very very quiet. An oasis! Paul was extremely helpful and showed us everything. The apartment was very modern and clean, had everything we needed. You would not know you were above the main shopping area. There’s a garden with trees. Excellent, would definitely recommend.

− There was nothing we didn’t like. All good.
