− Old dirty cutlery, house full of dust no fresh air. Kitchen utensils needs to be replaced with new ones. You can buy from OP shops in Perth or K mart. Windows should be opened prior to arrival of the guests for fresh air. Garage full of webs. We were unable to use it.

Amazing location with sunny, relaxed vibe. Keep up to date with maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay.
7.0Amazing location! Right across the road from the beach and walking distance to pub & bakery. We had beautiful ocean views.
− Property was riddled with ants, which became a bit of a pain! Minor maintenance issues too. You have to get use to the rotting sea grass smell as well (coming from the beach). At times, it was pretty unbearable.

− The windows and balcony glass fence was dirty, the coffee plunger was broken. The BBQ was dirty. The fly screen on the back door was derailing every time I tried to use it
Management communication very poor but otherwise modern, clean and fantastically located property.
5.0Modern, clean and great location.
− The communication with the property manager was very disappointing. None of the power points worked in the 2 bedrooms and between multiple messages and calls she was unable to help. All we wanted to know was where the fuse box was but due to her ‘delayed’ responses our visit came to an end with no assistance!!!! Funny that! So in that respect was very disappointed!
