− 虫が居るのは土地柄当たり前とは覚悟していましたが、洋服箪笥を開けたら、大量の蚊が湧き出てきました 尋常じゃない蚊の大群が部屋中。 殺虫剤を2本買い、蚊の退治におわれました。 そして、トイレットペーパーの予備もなく、トイレットペーパーも自腹で買いました

Generous sized bedrooms, plenty of space around the house and back yard including a lockable double garage. The house is in close proximity to a local shopping village for groceries, cafes and a local Tavern.

− The house needs a good clean. There was dust everywhere and the floors needed a decent mop. The aircon vents are overdue a clean. No door mats available so in the rainy conditions the dusty floors left footprints everywhere. The mop had a moldy head so we couldn't clean up after ourselves. There was a dirty footprint left the main bedroom doona cover and scuff marks on most walls of the house. There is no dryer or clothes airer available for drying clothes in rainy conditions.

Beds were comfortable but messy. Great amount of space Separate areas

− On arrival, the front door was covered with cobwebs and bugs, with the front yard alarming uninviting. On entry, the floors were absolutely filthy, and the kitchen table and benches were covered in dirt. Very limited kitchen utensil. Laundry was filthy. The only mop to be used was old, wet, and mouldy. No broome. The step and drain at the laundry door is unsafe, causing a fall to one of the elderly occupants. The outside setting area was cleaned by us to be able to be used. We purchased a broome for this. Shelving broken in linen press. #4 broken dining chairs in which were tightened for the safety of the elderly occupants.
