10.0The place definitely exceeded our expectations. This is huge - 3.8-4m height, 11m living and dining rooms, well equiped and comfortable. Not luxurious but very reasonably furnished. The cleanliness is extremely high, parking is easy, there is a nice view, hot water supply does not solely depend on sun but is stable with extra heating. We got complimentary excellent olive oil and bowl of fresh fruits for our stay, which is much appreciated. Sleep quality is above average, although the master bed was like 140cm. Our host, Evangelia, was waiting for us after our delayed flight and was smiley, helpful, while non-intrusive. It's worth mentioning there are peacocks :) in the grasslands nearby, which are unusual and interesting to observe. Of course, for supermarket and bakery one needs to use a rental car, but there are some within <5min drive.
− The only thing we were missing was nets on windows, which prevented us from leaving windows open at night time to reduce the chance of attracting flies, mosquitoes and other bugs.

10.0We had an incredible stay at this accommodation!The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and very close to the beautiful beach Falassarna. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was always available for any questions or requests, providing helpful recommendations on places to visit and eat.
