9.0The property is situated in an excellent location, with convenient access to both tram and bus services. Uber services are also readily available and reliable. The area is quiet and well served by local amenities, including a small convenience store approximately two minutes away, larger shops within an eight-minute walk. The beachfront tram stop around four minutes away which takes you to Beach Basic (Edem - quiet beach beds and good food)) or Beach boom boom (music and very nice beach beds) or Beach posh (Glyfada- very nice beds and a pool). The tram which provides easy access to central Athens in approximately ten minutes walk. The apartment itself is in very good condition. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, and secure, making it an ideal place to stay. It is well equipped and maintained. It has a lovely balcony where you can sit with a coffee and some fruit and watch the world go by. Overall, the property offers excellent accommodation in a convenient and attractive location. This is the kind of property that offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, comfortable retreat with excellent access to everything Athens has to offer. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation. (Just one small suggestion for the hosts: a couple more egg cups would make the kitchen perfect!) Would we stay again. Yes.

10.0Bardzo udany pobyt! Mieszkanie było czyste, przestronne i bardzo komfortowe. Świetna lokalizacja, dosłownie kilka minut spacerem od morza. Okolica spokojna, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów, restauracji i komunikacji. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, a kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Zdecydowanie polecam!
