3.0Die Lage ist sehr gut
− Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind sehr alt. Die Wohnung ist heruntergewirtschaftet. Der zugehörige Aussenbereich ist verwahrlost. Internet nur partiellverfügbar. Reklamation beim Verwalter zwecklos. Alles auf beigefügten Fotos dokumentiert. Bei einem Preis von ca 200€ pro Tag ist man über den Tisch gezogen. Da die Bilder der Anzeige nicht den Gegebenheiten entsprechen erwarte ich eine Teil-Rückerstattung des gezahlten Preises. Falls Booking.com keinen Vorschlag zur gütlichen Einigung unterbreitet, schalten wir einen Anwalt.

10.0Nagyon szép kilátás nyílt a teraszról. Aki egy csendes nyaralásra vágyik, itt a helye! Közelbe van buszmegálló is. Boltok és vendéglők 15 perc gyaloglással elérhetők. Ha mégegyszer nyaralni megyünk a szigetre, biztos ezt a szállást választom!
− A három légkondiból csak az egyik működött, de végül az sem volt gond mert, kinyitottuk az ajtókat és kellemes levegő áramlott be.

7.0Tranquilidad y ubicación frente al mar
− Instalaciones dentro apartamento falta reforma muy ochentero para el precio . Ruido camas, cocina y baños falta reforma. Te cobran una fianza de 100 euros que tardan 7 días en devolver, por si vas a romper algo en el apartamento y el apartamento está en condiciones pésimas.
