Horrible, actual scam
1.0There was no property this was a scam. I got there and there was no place to stay, no check in and no answer at the property.
− I paid for 2 nights and had to be refunded and then ended up with no place to stay.

1.0The place was reasonably priced at least initially, and the location was good. However it turned into a scam where they refused to refund my security deposit, after stating several times it was on the way.
− After I rented through booking.com they called the day before and told me that I couldn't be given the door code until I had provided them with a $200 security deposit and sent me a link via booking.com to pay this. I did this, and was provided the code. I was told the security deposit would be credited into my account within 7 days after checkout. I have communicated with them several times, and was told multiple times the refund was issued just wait three days, but it was never credited a month later. It was a scam to add $200 to the price of the rental.

10.0Everything from the communication since reserving the place, helping me find the right location using the pin pad to open and unlock the door. Answered my phone call when I called. The place was very clean. Good location no problems no loud noises would deff consider taking up this place in the future if needed.
− Not that I didn't like but maybe the owners of the place could do a welcome package to all the guests with house rules wifi password etc etc. Different colored towels more tp we had to buy some but that's ok. Other than that our stay was like we were at home. Thank you!
