I initially overlooked the fact that the check-in process needed to be completed through a link sent to my email. As a result, I had some difficulty locating the apartment until I completed the login process. I was also required to pay an additional £50 damage deposit before I could finalise my check-in. Once the check-in process was completed, I was able to access the property without any issues, as the directions provided were clear and accurate, and the location code worked as expected. I also reached out to the management team for assistance. They promptly returned my call and made every effort to contact me via both WhatsApp and phone calls, which I found very helpful and greatly appreciated.

− The cleanliness of both the bathroom and kitchen did not meet the expected standard upon our arrival. In the kitchen, there was mouldy bread left inside one of the cabinets, along with a few other items that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest. Additionally, the electric kettle contained a significant build-up of limescale. While the bathroom did not appear dirty, it had a damp, musty smell and could have been cleaned and prepared more thoroughly before check-in. Overall, the property would have benefited from a more comprehensive cleaning and inspection prior to our arrival.

Good location. Very tidy place with simple furnishings that add a bit of style.

− Would've loved a table to sit around to eat but knew this wasn't there when booking and the bar worked fine for the 3 of us to eat at.

Superbly equipped apartment, very luxurious. Everything had been thought of from hairdryer to charging points to coffee pods. Fabulous movie viewing facilities.
