8.0Very spacious apartment, nice tarrace, near by shops and coffee & brunch place. Clean place, whith easy access, spacious bathroom and separate toilet, very good equipped kitchen. Great place for short and longer stays.
− It seems that it is continue problem - shower head should be fixed, as having shower is quite challenging when it is falling apart. When we turn on heating by AC water from the outdoor units flood the balcony/tarrace

10.0Położenie mieszkania, jego wyposażenie, czystość. Mieszkanie piękne, jasne, ze świetnym tarasem. Położone przy spokojnej ulicy, ale blisko centrum miasta. Ciepła woda w kranie, działająca klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, czego chcieć więcej. Ocena mieszkania jak najwyższa.
− Nie było niczego takiego. Brakowało mi może tylko lustra w łazience i jednego większego w przedpokoju, ale to są takie błahostki, które nie miały większego wpływu na ogólna, bardzo pozytywna ocenę.

Spacious, clean and bright
10.0The location is great, very close to the busy areas in the city. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the balcony is huge. We loved to drink our morning coffee outside and smell the orange and lemon trees.
− We did not have an iron or hair dryer, but once we asked the host brought it.
A little gem with lots of potential but lacking on basic stuff.
5.0Very pretty and very clean apartment with that feeling of freshness. Lovely balcony and big TV to unwind to in the evening. Really pretty neighborhood with a convenient grocer nearby.
− - Kitchen very poorly equipped. We asked for more pots and pans and were provided. There werent even garbage bags available! A microwave is essential anc not there. - Shower needs more attention for sure! It goes from boiling hot to freezing cold and with no water pressure. - It said parking was available on the premises which is not true. Parking spaces are taken by resident owners and had to move each time. - Washing machine was EXTREMELY noisy.
good value, good location, great management.
8.0− water pressure very low to take showers not enough cutlery and dining set (plates, bowls, etc) only had 3 sets but I believe management is addressing that.
