3.0− Got there and never recieved a pin for the lock box so had to to ring several times to try and get through. After waiting for nearly an hour to get in the house hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest!!! Then had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned. Very expensive for where and what it is

It was an excellent stay with good facilities and for a competitive price.
8.0The location was close to the city centre and easily accessible. We had two parking spaces, which were ideal for us.
− The host could have left more toilet paper and kitchen towels in the house. We couldn't find any spare bin liners as we were there for two days and accumulated quite a lot of rubbish. There wasn't a shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom, which made things a bit tricky and wet; otherwise, it was a very convenient and great stay for us in Billericay.
