It’s very big great for a large group or family trip definitely an added bonus having the indoor outdoor pool combination the location to Gharb main square was brilliant just a 5min walk , the villa has a large patio dining area which is perfect for hanging out on , was really surprised to find it had 4 floors and a bedroom right at the top of the house with amazing views , nice to have plenty of pool and bathroom towels , the hosts were easily contactable and quick to respond and sort anything we needed

− Some of the appliances were beyond fixing , the ac units in a few of the room didn’t work but they supplied big fans that helped but really need to replace the ac units it got hot at night , the maintenance man was brilliant he done his best with what he could do , the dishwasher in the kitchen needs replacing really it’s a bit worse for wear but these are all easily fixed things that didn’t really bother me when we were at the villla we spent most of our time on the patio and around the pool, the place could do with a good clean of the floors , think it could be perfect if a few issues are sorted

Average villa if you expect to explore the island, but below average if you wand to stay and chill.

The villa is big enough to host a big company if you don' t mind sleeping 4 people in a room in some rooms so it's a good value for money. There are few game rooms: table soccer, snooker, table tennis. Pools are spacious and deep so it is comfortable to swim during summer i suppose. Quiet area, few nice restaurants in a walking distance.

− Since we arrived at the end of october, we asked if the inside pool will be heated as advertised (after our complaints they took down "HEATED" from their description because it was misleading) they confirmed that they can do that, but it was not. Had to send back and forth screenshots of communication to prove that they confirmed. Pool is heated ONLY from the middle of NOVEMBER. Kitchen is way too small for big company: not enough/very overused pots and pans. Sunbeds were covered in stains because of humidity and dust, pool area electricity malfunction, after rain we had a leak. Windows were very dirty. Overall cleanliness is very average and it definetely feels like it's just rental business managed by some company not a private owner.

Our stay at Il-Bejta, managed by Zzzing, has been a complete disappointment!

I genuinely wish I could share something positive, but unfortunately, all that comes to mind are the negative aspects of our stay.

− Firstly, the property was not adequately cleaned when we checked in. The floors were dirty, and there was still food residue on the kitchen oven from previous guests—completely unacceptable. Although the supervisor and cleaner tried to resolve the issue, their efforts fell short of what we expected. Considering we paid €240 for a cleaning service, this was particularly frustrating. In the kitchen, the power kept flickering, which was both frustrating and concerning. It seemed there might have been a short circuit or another serious problem, making cooking a stressful and difficult task as we couldn’t rely on the appliances to work consistently. There was also no electricity around the outdoor pool area, meaning we couldn’t use it after dark. This was supposed to be one of the highlights of our stay, but without lighting, it was unsafe and impractical to enjoy. Another major issue with the outdoor pool was the presence of pigeons around the property. A large number of pigeons were constantly pooping in and around the pool area, making it highly unhygienic and unpleasant. While I understand that pigeon control can be challenging, this was a significant letdown, and something needs to be done to address this in the long run. There was no electricity in the indoor pool area, making it entirely unusable. We were really looking forward to this feature, and while we didn’t necessarily need the heated pool given the hot weather in early September, we expected to be able to use the pool area and the table tennis table whenever we pleased, even after sunset. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Due to these various issues, we had different people visiting the property throughout our brief stay. This was a nuisance in itself, as it continually disrupted our privacy and family time. Overall, this villa was vastly overpriced for the experience it provided, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemies.

Nice place, but complicated communication and problem solving ability

+ Good location + Beautiful, flowering garden and large pool area + Large dining area (indoor and outdoor), gas grill + Huge villa, ideal for 10-12 person

− - Complicated communication and slow or non-existing problem solving ability. We had booked villa for 17 people, but only 5 double beds and 4 single beds (14 places) were done for us with bed linen and towels. The manager could not find a solution to the situation during first day, so we had to go to the store to buy new bed linen for the accommodation. The apology was really genius – they didn’t know our bed arrangement – does anyone really expect that 3 people sleep in double or 2 people in single bed? - Both pools were not heated (villa advertises itself with heated indoor pool). - 2 air conditioners didn’t work properly, the maintenance man did not come as promised. - There is only one fridge and small coffee machine in the kitchen. We also had some santechnical issues to solve, so the villa is not suitable for 20 person as advertised, but it's perfect for 10-12 person. - The price is overrated for that property.
