1.0The bathroom was clean and the beds in 1 room were comfy
− The dangerous stairs with only half a hand rail. Very steep stairs. Wonky room, floor sounded very unsafe, the lack of outdoor furniture which was offered. Only 1 tiny table and 1 chair in an unkept garden. The danger of plug ins that were empty and a fire hazard. The fact the house was behind a shop so very noisy. The lack of contact from the owner. The lack of parking. The front door was very hard to use. The promise of tea and coffee but there was not any.

6.0Light and spacious property. All the facilities you need. Comfortable
− Wet towels left in tumble dryer. Handrail on stairs missing thus somewhat difficult for elderly family members to get up the steep stairs. Quite noisy at night.

− Cold especially at kitchen and dining areas although central heating was on.
