9.0Neat and clean. Good Size rooms and good room facility. Excellent food and staff.
− A few things need improvement. No shower curtain. No hand towel hangers, no exhaust fan in bathrooms. Distance from Kasauli.

1.0I did not like anything about the property pictures which were shown on the booking.com property is completely opposite and worst of it.sofas in bad condition bedsheet not hygienic and staff was nt helpful during the checkout noone was their to help with the luggage from third floor we took our luggage down by ourselves and we had the infant along with us still.we managed things on our own.worst experience
− Curtains were missing not clean at all like the way its shown in pictures and i have a personal experience which is not good i dont know why people have given it good reviews may be its affordable that could be the reasons
