− Unacceptable condition. Nothing like the description or photographs shown on Booking.com. Dirty, poorly maintained, and not suitable for guests in its current condition. Filthy throughout. Visible dust on almost every surface.C arpets were badly stained and unappetising. Household junk was left untidily in cupboards Windows were dirty and did not open or close smoothly. Kitchen - Many utensils were not usable. Frying pan handle was also falling off.. Coffee machine had old water left inside with no cover. Kettle was heavily affected by limescale and was disgusting to use. Fridge door was half detached and there was a large block of frost inside. Toaster contained leftover crumbs. Cooking hood had not been cleaned, and the oven was dirty with dried sauces left inside, causing an unpleasant smell. Bathrooms - Toilet seat was detached. The bath drain was blocked, causing the bath to half fill during a shower and then take around half an hour to drain. Sink drain in the master bathroom was also blocked. Walk-in shower drain appeared to be becoming blocked as well. Toilet flushing was temperamental, and the exhaust fan was not working. Bedrooms - First room near the entrance had no wardrobe or drawers, contrary to photos shown. Master bedroom chest of drawers was unusable, with drawers off their hinges and unable to open or close properly. Some light bulbs were out, and the bedsheets did not appear clean. Overall, very far from the standard advertised. Huge difference between the photos shown on Booking.com and the actual condition of the apartment. While certain items listed in the description may technically have been “provided”, many of them were not clean, functional, or usable. Little thought, let alone effort, was put into making the apartment a pleasant place for guests to stay. The property requires major cleaning and maintenance before it is made available to guests again.

The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and transport links all within easy reach. It made getting around and exploring the area very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Excellent Airbnb with a great host. The property was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Communication was outstanding, and everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

We arrived to a box of chocolates and water

− Very dirty. Sink was blocked. Washing machine broken. Mattresses were so old and so uncomfortable- we slept in the lounge and on the floor.
