− It was dirty and poorly prepared. Beds not made on arrival. Rooms very dirty. Place needs to be cleaned. No toilet paper , no soap , no towels , kitchen not cleaned or hygienic other than cleaned by the last people to stay there , braai was not cleaned and had a left over piece of fish on the grid , brooms lying everywhere totally poorly maintained or prepared. Unacceptable for this price level. Requested a refund and were not given any option but to possibly get a voucher to go back , which is obviously not an option. It says 4 bedroom but it’s a 3 bedroom.
Best part was the bar entertainment area and enjoyed my massage.
7.0I was very chilled relaxing. Enjoyed the breakfast and jacuzzi watching rugby so lekker.
− Well it's unavoidable but monkeys nearly stole our snacks in tent. Nothing major to moan about.

8.0I had booked a tent and then was put in a cabin so I had my own bathroom which I was most grateful for.
− I was a bit stressed at the fact I could not lock my door to the cabin.
