9.0L'emplacement, le lieu, l'appartement relativement grand et les commodités. A 5 minutes de la plage et des commerces.
− Il peut y a voir du bruit avec le terrain de calcetto à côté et la gare non loin mais c'est supportable. La chaleur, mais on commence à s'habituer.
